Everybody uses the word leadership but few have a thorough understanding of what it means. This workshop provides a theoretical and practical framework that allows participants to better understand their organisation’s current position and how to add a transformational approach to their leadership style. There are various exercises that allow for ample self-reflection, feedback, and guided group discussions. Our simulations are based on realistic challenges that managers face at work to expose the precise psychological processes that unintentionally lead to disengagement and disempowerment. Most importantly, this module inspires and shows how members can adopt a beneficial mindset.

Prepare for your workshop
1. In order to ease into the first session and rounds of introduction, we would kindly ask you to pick an object that represents your individual approach to leadership.
2. In module 1, we will also be introducing you to the topic of transformational leadership and setting the stage for the entire academy. To maximise the learning experience, we kindly ask you to pick an organisation that is relevant for you when answering the following questionnaire. This could be an organisation you worked in or are currently working for.
Please read the instructions carefully before filling out the questions. Please also take a screenshot of the results! Since we will be showing the collective results, it would be great if you could complete the questionnaire by Thursday. This will take you 15 to 20 minutes.
