Johannes draws on 500+ hours of coaching experience with leaders ranging from junior managers to C-level executives. His clients span start-ups, UN agencies, foundations, think tanks, boutique service providers, as well as multinational companies in retail, hospitality, pharma, and food & beverage. What connects them is a shared commitment to strengthening their relational intelligence, rethinking core beliefs, and achieving new results. Johannes is one of 200 certified facilitators worldwide of Search Inside Yourself, Google’s emotional intelligence–based leadership program.
Until 2021, Johannes served as International Director of Strategy and Organizational Development at Humanity in Action, which he joined as a Senior Fellow in 2015. Earlier in his career, he worked as an Analyst at Roland Berger, Germany’s only global management consulting firm.
Born in Vienna and based in Berlin, Johannes has lived and worked across various international contexts, engaging with organizations and partners across all continents.
