Johannes is a certified and licensed facilitator of Search Inside Yourself, the global emotional intelligence leadership program that was developed at Google. Until 2021, he served as International Director of Strategy and Organizational Development at Humanity in Action, which he joined as a Senior Fellow in 2015. Earlier in his career, he worked as an Analyst at Roland Berger, Germany’s only global management consulting firm.
Born in Vienna and based in Berlin, Johannes has lived and worked in many cultural contexts across all continents.
