Luz d’Ans is a certified coach and trainer as well as a Professor of Leadership and Group Dynamics at Sciences Po Paris, University of Economics in Strasbourg, and ESC Alsace (Business School).
Prior to dedicating her career to professional coaching and training, Luz worked in finance, first as an auditor (Arthur Andersen) and then as a Risk Manager in Private Banking in Paris and Singapore for BNP-Fortis, HSBC Private Bank, UBS Wealth Management, and Coutts Private Bank
Luz supports individuals in their professional evolution and organizations in their transformation. Her mission is to help leaders overcome the complexity of their role in large organizations. She supports them in unlocking their internal blockages to grow in their leadership role and resilience.
As a systemic coach, she considers an organization as a whole dynamic that goes
beyond a sum of people. Working both on the individual and organizational dimensions has been key in making their client successful in their transformation.
Luz is specialized in high potential & hypersensitive managers. Luz is a Peruvian and Belgian national who lived in various countries in South America and Asia. Based on this experience, she supports expatriates in their career development. Lastly, as an ex-cancer patient, she founded an association to help patients to rebuild their self-confidence after cancer and published a book about disease and resilience.
