Marta is as an expert in skills development, labour market and employment policies. She works as an international consultant, trainer, facilitator and coach with clients in the public, educational, diplomatic and cooperate sector. Marta implements development projects, delivers trainings and workshops, provides advice and coaching sessions and moderates expert panels. Previously, she held the position of a Grants Manager and Employment expert in an EU-funded project to build capacities while enhancing the knowledge, skills, and abilities of professionals in vocational education and training systems across Africa and Southeast Asia. For several years, Marta worked for the International Labour Organisation and the International Training Centre of the ILO, mainly in the field of youth employment and skills development. She has gained work experience in the European Parliament and the European Commission. Marta is fluent in German, Arabic and English.
