Everybody uses the word leadership but few have a thorough understanding of what it means. This workshops provides a theoretical and practical framework that allows participants to better understand where their organisation currently stands and how they can add a transformational approach to their leadership style. The various exercises allow for ample self-reflection, feedback and guided group discussions. Our simulations are based on realistic challenges that executives face at work to expose the precise psychological processes that unintentionally lead to disengagement and disempowerment. Most importantly, the workshop shows participants the way out through triggering a mindset change. One central insight is that the key to transformational leadership lays not in what people do on the surface, but in what outlook they have from the inside.
