Ines is well experienced in Organizational Development & HR as well as business in different industries in the Middle East (ME) and Germany. She transitioned into full-time coaching & consulting combining her expertise in the management of teams, processes, and projects with her passion for people growth.
Prior to becoming an Executive and Team Coach, Ines worked in executive corporate roles within the hospitality & automotive industry, starting out in Sales & Marketing, soon moving into Revenue Management and in 2008 changing industry and focus to Organizational Development & HR. She has coached individuals and teams at multicultural organizations and corporations spanning different industries and verticals.
At the intersection of fast-paced changes in the business world and humanity, Ines grew a passion to support individuals and teams through change and assist authentic and sustainable development. She works with teams using Relationship Systems Intelligence to bring awareness that helps improving communication, develop alignment, effective conflict protocols, and increases the ability to navigate differences. Ines is fluent in English and German.
