Sophia is a Social Media Intern who is currently completing her secondary education. Alongside school, she supports digital communication and content related tasks and contributes feedback for the Unlocking Potential podcast.

Outside of her work, she enjoys staying active through a wide range of sports and reads widely, ranging from fiction to non fiction. She has a strong interest in personal development and is particularly curious about coaching, training, and learning focused environments.

Within the key2advance community, Sophia brings fresh perspectives, open questions, and a reflective mindset. At the same time, she draws inspiration from the people, conversations, and learning processes around her, using these experiences to continue developing her understanding of communication, growth, and collaboration.
