Engagement and Performance Facilitator, Speaker
>>> Former professional classical ballet and contemporary dancer
In all of what Lennard does, he draws from his former 20-year career as a professional classical ballet dancer and performer. He has worked continuously in high-performance environments that required the ability to adapt, deliver, collaborate and grow in spite of adverse working situations.
His familiarity with result-focused performance, communication, and maintaining resilience gives him a keen ability to support managers and employees in various professions.
Whether it is for high-level European institutional administrators or entry-level manual laborers, he inspires all to uncover, increase and redirect their own wellspring of resources; to embrace any challenge with skill and sensitivity.
As a consultant in performance management, he uses the body as a metaphor and combines that with practical soft skills. His interventions are highly interactive and restore one’s sense of agency and commitment to perform at one’s very best.
Collective and individual facilitation (design and delivery) in communication, conflict management, negotiation, customer-care, leadership, physical-mental-emotional resilience, analysis and problem solving, energy breaks, team-building, unconscious biases, and oral-interview preparation.
