In Short
Sina combines different approaches to help people experience their own potential. Living in India helped her understand the importance of combining extremes to find a balance. In her work in the social field, she uses different methods to unlock the potential of family systems and guide individuals. She also works as a workshop facilitator and a yoga and meditation teacher, where she combines Eastern approaches with Western mindsets. Overall, she creates safe spaces for people to open up and get in contact with their own strength, vulnerability, potential, and visions.
