A Spanish and Canadian national who lived in 7 countries, Martine Alonso Marquis is a certified coach and trainer as well as Adjunct Professor of Global Ethics, Leadership & Personal Development at Vesalius College Brussels. Prior to dedicating her career to professional coaching and career development, Martine worked as a foreign policy advisor in the European Parliament and in a number of international organisations.
As a business and executive coach, Martine works with C-level executives and senior managers to support them on their leadership journey. She developed a toolkit that combines negotiation and conflict resolution skills, as well as empathic and high impact communication. A passionate of theatre and signing, she also uses her acting training to develop powerful and entertaining workshops. She is co-creator of the Next Generation Leadership Academy and one of its main trainers.
