How to practice inclusive leadership?

Trainers: Juliette Sanchez Lambert & Rachael Moore

Workshop Description
14/01/2022
09:00 - 12:00

In this workshop, we will zoom in on the biases we exhibit and the impact they may have in the workplace. We will explore a variety of interventions that can help us as leaders build inclusivity and diversity in our teams and organizations. You will leave with a greater understanding of our biases, where they originate from, and the small actions you can take to stand up for yourself and others.

Pre-Work
Prepare for your workshop

1) Pre-workshop survey

If you haven't done so yet, please fill out this short questionnaire. While it won't take more than 5 minutes of your time, it is incredibly useful for us. It helps us understand better who will be "in the room" and respond to questions and needs you may have - as much as possible.

2) Onboarding: Circle of Trust exercise

In preparation of the workshop, we kindly ask you to complete the exercise called "the Circle of Trust". It will take you a few minutes only; instructions are in the Word document attached.

You can do the exercise directly in the document or draw on a piece of paper.

Bring the results with you to the workshop (but please do not send them to us).
