NGL IMPACT
The Next Generation Leadership Academy is an independent global leadership program that draws a diverse, international cohort of purpose-driven leaders. It consists of 8 modules on topics needed to grow into a next-generation leader.
The Impact Tracks are additional workshops you can book after or alongside the Next Generation Leadership Academy, our core leadership program. It consists of three tracks: Growing People, Building Bridges, and Elevating Presence.

SELF-ASSESSMENT
Learn more about your skills and capability as a leader. Individual, Group, or Peer Coaching: Work with a professional certified coach who guides you along the learning process.
GUEST LECTURES
Be inspired by experts on the topic of resilience, well-being, and mindfulness-based emotional intelligence.
MODULES
Learn more about self-leadership, self-organisation, building high-performance teams, and the competencies needed to transform organisations.
