From a background in human rights and peace building in Geneva, with a special affinity for work in the Middle East and North Africa regions, and combining my Swiss military officer training, my MBA and coaching skills with a deep curiosity for the functioning of the human being, I feel deeply grateful to be working every day to co-create with Gamechangers from around the world.

I have accompanied dozens of organisational development processes for organisations based in Europe and the MENA region, facilitating transformation processes, training teams, coaching leaders, and developing tools for monitoring, documentation, or internal coaching. I am fluent in English and French, have proficiency in German, and knowledge of Arabic."
