Juliette Sanchez-Lambert cares about human rights for all and turned this into her career. An independent trainer, facilitator, and consultant, Juliette works for NGOs, universities, and the public sector. Her missions touch upon gender equality, LGBTQI+ rights, harassment, and sexual violence prevention, and diversity and inclusion. What Juliette enjoys the most in her work: making knowledge accessible.

Before starting as a freelance, Juliette worked with a multitude of human rights NGOs on refugee and migrant rights, women’s rights, and LGBTQI+ rights in Canada, France, Switzerland, Turkey, the UK, and Belgium. She acted as the Secretary-General of the LGBTI Intergroup for two years, where she coordinated a group of 150+ Members of the European Parliament dedicated to LGBTQI+ equality.

Juliette is also the co-author of It’s Not that Grey, a practical guide to identify and counter sexual harassment.
