In short

Wil was born in Romania and moved to Germany at the age of 11. After graduation he started a professional career in the German Air Force where he led a small team in the volunteer recruitment center. Over the past 27 years Wil has lived and worked with great enthusiasm in sales and management roles in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France and Japan predominantly at multinational industry leaders in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food sectors. He has developed a passion for customer focus, service excellence, people development and has facilitated numerous workshops on these topics. Furthermore he conducted customer surveys and advised corporations how to improve on customer centricity. He is native level in German, English, French and Romanian and speaks Spanish and Italian fluently.
