The workshop has been developed by Mona Shair, an accredited Coach and Master NLP Practitioner and Sonja Fuhrmann, an experienced TV-journalist, TV-presenter and voice coach. Workshops held in Brussels will be conducted by Mona Shair.

• Learn how to structure an informative and convincing presentation
• Identify and eradicate your fears and blocks associated with speaking to a crowd
• Become aware of your body language and breathing style
• Gain techniques on effective stress-management and positive visualisation
• Become aware of the basic skills of "free" speech
• Receive feedback from your peers and the trainer
