The workshop has been developed and will be presented by Sonja Fuhrmann, an experienced TV-journalist, TV-presenter and voice coach, and Mona Shair, an ACC coach and NLP-practitioner.

In the workshop you will:

• Understand how to "hook" your audience and keep their attention
• Learn how to structure an informative and convincing presentation
• Receive tips & tricks from a professional TV-presenter and public speaker
• Identify and eradicate your fears and blocks associated with speaking to a crowd
• Become aware of your body language and breathing style
• Gain techniques on effective stress-management and positive visualisation
• Become aware of the basic skills of "free" speech
• Receive feedback from your peers and the two trainers
